Isla's Daybook

Outside my Window...guys, it is winter already! I am freezing cold and I hope this won't last until March...brr. I mean - snow for Christmas would be lovely...but please don't let it be a terribly cold winter for the next few months!

I am thinking...about Christmas time and how quickly this year has passed by and how many things I have learnt this year and that I realized how truely blessed I am! :-)

I am thankful for...love, friendships, change and challenges, dreams, hopes and confidence.

From the kitchen...there are oranges, satsumas and avocados, dried fruit and freshly baked bread and cake - I love this season! :-) Of course we also had our first Christmas cookie baking session. The cookies are yummy and not bound to last longer than for a day. :-P

I am reading...in the Bible the book Sirach, and some old children's books

I am hearing...Relient K with 'Between you and me'

One of my favorite things...eating cookies, knitting socks and watching 'little women'.
