Good news: Lisa lost two teeth! She is so proud of it - and the tooth-fairy came, as well, to give her a little something. :-)
I think she feels well grown up now. She is trying to read by herself (struggeling though), is taking care of her little sister (playing, teaching her words, ...) and watching grown-up TV series like 'All creatures great and small' with great enjoyment (probably because of all the animals in the programme ;-).
Kids grow up so fast - and yet they are still so small.
Amelie for example - what a madam she has become. She's got such a sharp mind and is so full of mischief, very lively and very decided. She threw her dummy away today before bedtime and fell asleep without it. Just like that. I was surprised.
She takes it off in the daytime and when I am looking for it she replies: "Thrown it."
Great! Then we don't actually need it anymore, I suppose.
On the other hand they still need a lot of attention and support, want to cuddle up in bed, want me to do things for them (especially Jamie) and need my guidance in many instances.
