Outside my Window... what a lovely day - with clear blue sky and sunshine. If I wasn't ill I would certainly be outside going for a long walk!
I am thinking... about
I am thankful for... holidays, my job, growing relationships, friends, chocolate, fast trains, loving Dads, sunshine, colourful leaves and tea.
From the kitchen... I cooked a lot of apple puree recently, and tried out the Soule-sa recipe (from 'The Rhythm of Family'). Now...there is this huge pumpkin waiting in the kitchen. I am planning to turn it into soup, puree, chutney and maybe more.
I am wearing... comfy soft blue pyjamas. I am a bit ill and feeling down (energy-wise), I think I won't get dressed today. ;-)
I am reading... 'Living simply with children', 'Your money or your life' and 'The rhythm of family'. Good books!
I am hearing... Amelie listening to the three investigators and Jamie playing cars with his friend.
A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Month...
- holidays: I will have some time off and want to visit dear friends
- knitting for winter
- getting the garden prepared for the cold season
- writing a life plan (I love planning :-))
